Think 'Black Beauty' and Disney meets WWI and you got the movie.
The movie is a somewhat interesting WWI children's story; I was greatly impressed by the historical accuracy and attention to detail with the uniforms for the most part.
I would give it 6.5 / 10 (Worth Watching at a matinee).
Watch for when an Indian sergeant (officer?) explaining the situation of the ground troops to Major Stewart mentions the Flanders town of Gheluvelt and the Menin Road.
The Menin Road was the Ho Chi Minh Trail of WWI, bringing troops and supplies to the Frontlines outside Ypres, Belgium.
Gheluvelt is a possible map in our mod.
There's no cavalry in our Mod.
